We're not a big company, we don't have courier contracts and we don't want to rip you off. We do live near a post office and we do have legs that work so we will endeavor to dispatch your item by the end of the next working day from time of order. That means if you order on a Friday, it might not find its way to the Post Office until the Monday.
CD's are sent using Royal Mail First Class (Large Letter). Prices - so you can see we're being fair - can be found here: www.royalmail.com/delivery/business-delivery-options-uk/first-class-mail/prices
Delivery should only take a few days and once we have dispatched the item we will email you a copy of the proof of postage so that you know it's on its way.
- Return Policy
If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with the product (t-shirt doesn't fit, music's shit, etc) then contact us and we'll try to rectify the situation.
In the case of returns, unless the item is faulty, it will be your responsibility to return the product to us and to pay the postage costs. We highly recommend sending goods via recorded delivery so that you have proof it has arrived back with us.
If the item is faulty we will send you out a replacement as soon as possible and if we ask you to return the product, also reimburse the postage cost.
