Don’t tell me lies I’ll see through. Won’t make me trust in you. But if you didn’t say what they said why did they say you said it to me? Now you’re crawling around at the back of the room like a thief. Time won’t change this I can’t change this now. The past is the past. Time’s running out. You sold us down that river and fucked it all with one mistake. But if you didn’t say what they said why did they say you said it to me? Now I’m licking my wounds as I seek to forgive the deceit.

Dead or alive. Dead or alive. I cannot believe my eyes. Running out of reasons to forgive my people. Dead or alive. Dead or alive. I cannot believe my eyes. Running out of reasons to forgive myself. As I stare through the glass of the 100th floor half a mile above the ground I see bare trees, empty streets, there's no life at all now this cocoon keeps us alive The world we knew does not exist. The violence took its toll and now we live in plastic packaging, soaked in chemicals First the temperature rose then the fires came. Then disease it took control. The oceans rose till the land was a memory. A population in trouble. The lifeboats are our villages, Technology our God. And though we pray that we may suffer this it won’t excuse our disregard.

Help Me Grow 03:37
Rolling on it makes more sense as we move through this life. Smoothing out the rough edges that cut you like a knife 'till it feels alright. Coming home tonight. Help me, help me grow now. Walking round in circles till you guided me back home. You are the one. Breath in deep I fall into your arms you are the one. Breath in deep I fall into your arms. Rolling on that feeling comes down crashing over me. Pulls me under, fills my lungs so I can barely breathe 'till it feels alright. Coming home tonight. Walking round in circles till you Guided me back home (guided me back home) The victory’s a landslide With arms wide I know I will not look back Rolling on that feeling comes down crashing over me (crashing over me) Pulls me under, fills my lungs so I can only breathe the calming sea.

I don’t need someone I can call a friend. I just want someone different to them. To have integrity. To have a sense of what’s fair. To favour parity instead of life more austere. I honestly thought that this was the end. That things would all be looking up again. But we weren’t strong enough. Brought a knife to a gunfight. Myopic consequence. Sometimes it’s wrong to be ‘right’. Following to the bitter end. The people are all rising up in arms. Mad as hell with bells ringing alarms. There’s pandemonium. The scene is out of control. But the shower of shit goes on. How much more will we condone? Following to the bitter end.

I can't believe that you would bet it all on me For Better days, better days. Is easier when you have nothing else to lose But Memories, memories If it's all the same to you he said I would rather leave instead Than stay here with my tail between my legs my friend. I am alive but I'm Dying inside I feel I have so much more to give! Won’t you take my armour Hold my sword Save my life with these four chords I hope that you'll forgive the life I stole from you For better days, better days. I'm getting blisters walking miles in your shoes To get away, get away. Won't don't you be yourself The better man. From higher ground we'll understand.

So this is it. Our last release. Six tracks of melodic punk rock that represent where we've been and where we are today. We hope you like it, and we hope that you have as many fond memories of the band as we have. It's been fun.
